PDA Clock functions as a simple to use data collection point for employee information. PDA clock can complement the management information systems you already have in place. A convenient Manager Mode allows supervisors to select from a list of their employees, for performing group transactions. PDA Clock runs on any portable device that utilizes Pocket PC. By automating your data collection process, you can eliminate the manpower and mistakes associated with conventional time cards thereby reducing both payroll costs and errors.
PDA Clock guarantees accurate, reliable input. Employees simply enter information through the keyboard, or by touch screen. PDA Clock collects this data and transfers it to your computer when the PDA is in it’s docking station, via the time and attendance software’s standard polling processes.
PDA Clock uses the TA100 PRO or GENESIS PRO/SQL database to program the functionality of PDA Clock. PDA Clock’s 12 function keys can be programmed to ask up to four levels of information (see chart).
PDA Clock gives you the option of entering transactions under the same employee number, eliminating the need to enter the badge/id number on each transaction, or changing badge number whenever necessary (i.e.; clocking in a group of employees)
